My Life's Journey
I was born in Riga, Latvia, and my journey has taken me to places like Wyoming, Florida, California, Greece, and Moscow. Today, I call London my home. Each destination has enriched my life, teaching me about diverse people, cultures, and languages. Through these experiences, I've come to realize that home isn't merely a location; it's a profound feeling, a sense of connection that can be nurtured wherever we find ourselves.

Driven by these personal experiences and a deep passion for understanding the human need for belonging, I pursued a PhD on the topic. My research focuses on how life changes can disrupt our sense of belonging and its impact on our overall well-being. More importantly, it delves into ways to foster this essential sense of connection, enhancing our emotional health.

Everyone deserves to feel a sense of belonging, no matter where life takes them. While challenges are inevitable, and we might occasionally long for familiar comforts, it's crucial to remember that belonging transcends physical locations. It's about our emotional ties and feelings of connection. Regardless of the country, city, or culture, I'm here to guide you in cultivating that profound sense of belonging, ensuring that wherever life leads, you feel content, at ease, and certain that you're right where you're meant to be.
